The Athlete’s 100-day personal baseline, computed from their own training, recovery, and execution history. Population norms are not a fallback.

The longitudinal boundary past which accumulated mechanical-work cost outpaces adaptive gain. Beyond it, additional load degrades the Athlete’s True Normal rather than improving it.

The longitudinal velocity at which the Athlete’s metrics move relative to their True Normal. Positive rates flag adaptation; negative rates flag regression; near-zero rates flag plateau.
