1. Introduction VeloArchitect ("we", "us" or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use your personal and health data when you use our cycling workout generation service.

2. Data We Collect

• Account Data: When you log in via Whoop, we collect your Whoop User ID, name and email address.

• Biometric & Health Data: We access your Whoop recovery scores, Heart Rate Variability (HRV), Resting Heart Rate (RHR), weight, and birth date.

• Athletic Profile: We store your Functional Threshold Power (FTP), cycling goals, and equipment preferences.

• Workout History: We store the training sessions generated for you, including snapshots of your fitness metrics at the time of generation.

3. How We Use Your Data

• Personalization: To generate workouts tailored specifically to your daily recovery and fitness level.

• Snapshotting: To allow you to review past performances accurately, even if your fitness metrics (like FTP) change over time.

• Service Improvement: To improve the "Architect" AI model's ability to interpret cycling data.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• AI: We send anonymized context (e.g., "Recovery: 65%, FTP: 250W") to AI sub-processors to generate your workout intervals. We do not send your name or email to these AI providers.

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or health data to third parties.

5. Data Retention & Deletion We store your data as long as your account is active. You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.

• Erasure: Request that we delete all your personal and health data.

• Revoke Access: Disconnect your Whoop account at any time through your Whoop settings or our app.

6. Security We implement industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your sensitive health information from unauthorized access.
